Every project has a fixed scope and price, and you keep everything I make.
Apps and tools
I can take an idea from a quick prototype to an app in the store, and every build comes with tests, the source code and a plain-English handover.

Research that ends in a decision
Reports arrive within 5–10 working days and end with a prioritised list of actions. Client work is confidential, so ask me for a sample report.

How big your market is, how fast it’s growing, and the trends and risks that should shape your plans.
A monthly briefing on what changed in your market and what to do about it, at Essential, Growth or Premium level.
For a question that doesn’t fit a package, I’ll scope and quote the research individually.

A plain-English review of your site, followed by an example homepage that fixes what I found.
Find where AI will actually help
Most organisations don’t need AI everywhere, just in the two or three places where it will make a real difference. I look at how your team works, then give you a short, ranked list of where AI will help most, what it will cost, and what to leave alone.
I build with AI every day, I’m a registered data protection officer, and I taught for twenty years, so you can expect advice that’s practical and safe, and training that people remember.
I’ll check whether your data is ready first, then help you turn sales records, spreadsheets and customer feedback into answers far faster than working through them by hand.
We map a process from start to finish, find the steps AI can draft, check or route, and design a pilot for one process before you commit.
Hands-on training means your team uses AI confidently and safely, and spends the time it saves on the work only they can do.
You get a clear AI policy your staff will follow, a data protection check on the tools they already use, and plain advice on which tools are worth paying for.
Short interviews with your team, a walk through one or two key processes, a check on how AI is already being used, and a written report with a ranked roadmap, tool advice and a sensible first step.
Straight answers
AI does a lot of the drafting, but the judgement is mine, and I’ll tell you which is which on every project.
You do, and I hand over the source code and files at the end.
Yes. I’m happy to sign an NDA, and I never show client work without permission.
Reports take 5–10 working days. For software and design we agree a timescale before we start.
